Question: What IS Not Amy’s Farm?
Answer: It’s complicated.
First, Not Amy’s Farm is a real place. The development of the farm products like honey, fiber, farm photographs and more, necessitated finding a studio-type space to create as well as a place to sell. The plan was to balance time between the farm and the new space by only being open for classes like how to make soap, lip balm, how to knit, etc.
The remodeling of the circa 1903 building was long and tedious and by the time the space was ready, so was COVID. The mandates and limitations created an opportunity to re-evaluate and re-design. The NAF marketing team began to curate wholesome, fun, natural and/or organic products that fit other specific parameters such as where and how the product is made.
The result is a boutique that doesn’t fit into a neat little categorical box, but in reality, neither does the farm because farms and ranches are diverse and dynamic.
That’s the long and short of it, and we hope you find the boutique to be a cozy and fun place to shop!
