Aprile (aka Not Amy) has spent many years creating a "spinners flock" consisting of heritage and endangered sheep and goats as well as alpacas. She shears each one herself and sends the fiber to a local mill to have yarn and roving made.
Another passion is growing and harvesting medicinal plants and herbs, collecting and drying them, then creating formulations that are "solutions to skin situations" such as Sälv, Bath Sōk and Lip Bälm.
